Feature

The Carbon Fiber Pultrusion Mold has the advantage of being stiff and lightweight. Secondly, unlike metal, the stiffness of this product is easier to control; its stiffness properties are only present in one direction, so its stiffness can be adjusted depending on how the carbon fibre composite is adjusted to become a straight line or how it is placed in the mould. This is known as anisotropy. Metals, on the contrary, are isotropic and will exhibit the same strength and stiffness properties in any axial direction of the material. At the same time, the surface of our products is formed by prepreg lay-ups, which can be reused for any repair and are highly efficient in use.
