The Vinyl Pultrusion Mold use different processing processes such as chrome plating, nitriding and quenching in the mould cavity to improve its hardness. The hardness of our products reaches Rockwell hard hrc55°-60°, the mirror finish of the cavity can reach 0.025-0.012 and straightness up to 0.025. the advantages of compact internal structure of steel, uniform hardness and stable performance. Our products can be applied to the production of glass steel pipes, bars, I-beams, U-channels, etc.

Feature

The Vinyl Pultrusion Mold is made from dense, hard and stable mould billets, which are used as the main structure, and are refined and refined to produce a wide range of moulds, thus ensuring that they have good dimensional stability, good wear resistance and low surface roughness. Secondly, our products have a low viscosity (preferably below 2000 Pa-s) and good flow and wetting properties, which facilitate the impregnation of the reinforcement.
